How it scared people
The vibe
Brandon Cronenberg's assassins hijack other people's bodies to do their killing, and the film is as clinical and merciless as that premise deserves. Identity dissolves in ways the elder Cronenberg would recognize, rendered with some of the most bracing violence in recent horror.
